On a summer evening in Foley, Alabama, the quiet of the River Trace subdivision was broken by a 911 call that would unravel a story of domestic violence and deception. On July 30, 2019, Linda Doyle placed a call to dispatchers, claiming her husband, James Doyle, had attacked and stabbed her. When police arrived at their home, they found 71-year-old James Doyle deceased in the living room from a gunshot wound.
