On February 22, 2023, 71-year-old African American woman Shelia Glover was tragically killed in a quadruple homicide in Daphne, Alabama. A retired U.S. Army veteran with 22 years of service and a former postal worker, Glover was known for her deep faith as a Jehovah’s Witness and her generous spirit. She had been a longtime resident of Daphne and was visiting the Smith family, close friends of hers, when the incident occurred.
