In the quiet community of New Market, Alabama, a tragic event shattered the peace on April 13, 2023. Ann Ferrel, a 64-year-old female, and another individual, 31-year-old Charlie Walker, were found fatally shot at a residence on Rose Valley Drive. The Madison County Sheriff's Office responded to a 911 call around 12:20 p.m., discovering the two victims inside the home.
