On November 8, 2004, at approximately 1:43 AM, Pili Barker was shot and killed in the 1600 block of W Street, SE, in Washington, D.C. The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) reported that the incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, and it remains unsolved.
