Tommy Perkins, a 54-year-old man from Montgomery, Alabama, was tragically killed on November 4, 2023, in a shooting that quickly became a homicide investigation. Perkins was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds after an incident occurred outside a residence in Montgomery.
