On the morning of December 1, 2023, Mobile Police responded to a severe traffic accident on the 200 block of South Ann Street in Mobile, Alabama. Upon arrival, they discovered a wrecked vehicle that had collided with a tree. Inside the car, 20-year-old African American woman Tamichael Latrice Brown was found deceased from a gunshot wound.
