On December 25, 2023, 21-year-old Jaylen M. Carter of Boligee, Alabama, was fatally shot in Eutaw, Alabama. The incident occurred around 6:55 PM near 201 Howard Irvin Circle in the Branch Heights community. Carter was found inside a vehicle, having sustained multiple gunshot wounds.
