In the late summer of 2024, a gathering of friends and acquaintances at the Midtown Apartments in Midland City, Alabama, took a tragic turn, ending in the death of 30-year-old Terrance Lewis Jr. On the night of August 22nd, what began as a social event spiraled into a violent confrontation that left Lewis with multiple gunshot wounds from which he would not recover.
