On the night of August 22, 2024, a gathering at Midtown Apartments in Midland City, Alabama, turned tragic when 30-year-old Terrance Lewis Jr. was fatally shot. The incident occurred around 10:00 p.m. during a party attended by approximately 20 people. Witnesses reported hearing multiple gunshots, followed by screams for help. Lewis was found with multiple gunshot wounds and was transported to Flowers Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
