Murdered

On June 25, 2015, at approximately 3:44 am, Stephon Perkins, a 21-year-old resident of Maryland, was found lying in the street near the intersection of 16th and Galen Streets, SE, Washington, D.C. Perkins had sustained a gunshot wound and was immediately transported to the MEDSTAR Unit of Washington Hospital Center. Despite efforts to save him, he succumbed to his injuries shortly after arriving at the hospital.
