On March 17, 2024, 37-year-old Eliazin Dominguez-Solis was found unresponsive outside a business located at 6233 Blocton Avenue in Birmingham, Alabama. A passerby noticed him lying near the entrance and contacted emergency services. Upon arrival, Birmingham Police officers observed evidence suggesting foul play, leading them to initiate a homicide investigation.
Further examination revealed that the establishment where Dominguez-Solis was discovered operated as an unlicensed nightclub.
