Do you know who killed J'Vontay Brown in 2019? On a summer evening in Washington, D.C., 18-year-old J'Vontay Brown was fatally shot. The incident occurred on Sunday, June 30, 2019, at approximately 6:50 PM in the 3400 block of 13th Place, Southeast. When members of the Seventh District of the Metropolitan Police Department arrived at the scene, they discovered Brown unconscious and suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
Emergency services from DC Fire and Emergency Medical Services were dispatched to the location and transported the
young man to a nearby hospital. Despite all life-saving efforts by medical personnel, he was pronounced dead. The Metropolitan Police Department's Homicide Branch is handling the ongoing investigation into the shooting.
