On a tragic evening in St. Clair County, the life of Amber L. Manning Perkins, a 37-year-old Caucasian woman, was cut short. On March 14, 2023, what began as a normal day ended in a senseless act of violence that also claimed the life of 62-year-old Timothy R. Davidson.
