On December 3, 2023, in Woodstock, Alabama, 32-year-old Tyler Goodson was involved in a fatal incident with law enforcement. Early that morning, Woodstock Police responded to a call at a residence on Georgia Loop Road, where Goodson had barricaded himself inside. A standoff ensued, during which multiple law enforcement agencies were present.
