On February 26, 2021, 41-year-old Patricia Joann Stisher was shot during a domestic argument at the Marathon gas station located at 3401 26th Street North in Birmingham, Alabama. She was transported to UAB Hospital for treatment and was later released. However, Stisher succumbed to complications from her injuries on November 25, 2021.
