Above all, he cherished spending time with his family, particularly his niece and nephews, with whom he often shared fun adventures.
He was preceded in death by his father, Gerald Marlin, Sr. He is survived by his mother, Jennie Marlin of Oneonta; two sisters, Daphne Billingsley of Lake View and Amanda Marlin of Susan Moore; as well as his nephews, Tristan Smith, Ashton Hall, and Jonathan Meeks, Jr., and a niece, Lillian Meeks. Funeral services were held on Saturday, March 27, 2021, at Lemley Funeral Chapel, followed by burial at Brown Cemetery.
