In the late evening of August 20, 2020, a tragic event unfolded in a New Richmond, Wisconsin, apartment building that claimed the life of 53-year-old Richard Rose. A Caucasian male, Rose suffered a fatal gunshot wound in an incident that led to the arrest of two local men. The shooting occurred at approximately 9:40 p.m. on the 600 block of West 8th Street.
