A man and woman are found shot to death in their car
Rackita Smalls, 22, was tragically murdered on August 6, 2011, in Norwalk, Connecticut. Smalls and 27-year-old Iroquois Alston were both shot while sitting in a parked car on Avenue B. The case has remained unsolved for over a decade, with no arrests made despite years of investigation by the Norwalk Police Department and Connecticut's Cold Case Unit.
