A man and woman are found shot to death in their car In the early morning hours of August 6, 2011, a tragic discovery was made on Avenue B in Norwalk, Connecticut. Rackita Smalls, a 22-year-old African-American female, was found unresponsive in her black Honda sedan. Alongside her was 27-year-old Iroquois Alston.
