On September 10, 2020, 28-year-old Reginald Kelly was fatally shot in Birmingham, Alabama. At approximately 9:08 p.m., officers from the West Precinct responded to a report of a person shot at a residence located at 1715 51st Street Ensley. Upon arrival, they discovered Kelly inside the home, suffering from a gunshot wound. He was transported to UAB Hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
