In the small town of Parrish, Alabama, a life was tragically cut short on the evening of November 14, 2020. Thomas Lance Colvin Price Jr., a 34-year-old male, was fatally shot following a dispute that escalated into violence. The incident unfolded around 11:41 p.m. at a residence located at 222 Crest Avenue, where deputies from the Walker County Sheriff's Office were called to assist the Parrish Police Department.
Upon their arrival, law enforcement discovered Price unresponsive, having sustained multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Witnesses provided crucial information, detailing a heated argument between Price and another man, identified as 28-year-old Shaquille Dandre Harris of Birmingham. The verbal confrontation took a deadly turn when Harris allegedly produced a handgun and shot Price multiple times.
Following the shooting, Harris fled the location, sparking an investigation by authorities.
