In the warm evening of June 27, 2020, a life was tragically cut short in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Jeffrey Charles, a 33-year-old man, was an innocent bystander at a neighborhood party when a dispute escalated into violence. Gunfire erupted amidst the chaos, and Charles was struck by a stray bullet, ending his life.
