On a Tuesday afternoon in Center Point, Alabama, the life of a young Black man, Delquan McNeily, 21, was tragically cut short. On February 25, 2020, at approximately 1:30 p.m., deputies from the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office were dispatched to the 20th Court N.W. following reports of gunfire.
