Marco Devonta Robinson, a 41-year-old man from Birmingham, Alabama, was killed in a shooting on Tuesday, February 26, 2019, in the city’s Green Acres area. That evening, police were called to the 1200 block of Daniel Drive after a report of gunfire. When officers arrived, Robinson was found unresponsive with a gunshot wound, and first responders rushed him to UAB Hospital in a last attempt to save him.
