Arnulfo Ortega, 39, died at UAB Hospital from wounds suffered when he and another man were shot during a dispute with a co-worker over an automobile transaction at the business where they both worked on the 5900 block of Service Road off of Chalkville Mountain Road, on an unincorporated parcel surrounded by Trussville. Walter Edward Juskiewicz was indicted by a grand jury on charges of capital murder and attempted murder
