On September 8, 2019, 39-year-old Christopher Elliott was fatally injured in Bessemer, Alabama. The incident occurred on the shoulder of Interstate 20/59, following an argument between Elliott and another man during a double date. During the altercation, Elliott was run over by a vehicle, leading to his death. Subsequently, Marcus Dewayne Hall was arrested and charged with murder in connection with the incident.
