On the evening of April 8, 2021, a male victim, Kenneth Adams Jr., was driving his tan 2015 Honda Accord eastbound on Valley Road near Rutledge Drive in Jefferson County, Alabama. At approximately 10:21 p.m., tragedy struck when multiple rounds were fired into his vehicle, fatally wounding him.
