In the early hours of May 4, 1991, the life of Randy Majors, an African-American male, was tragically cut short in Racine, Wisconsin. Majors was last seen leaving a local establishment, Mr. Kools tavern, located at 1308 State Street, at approximately 12:30 a.m. Not long after, a grim discovery was made in the 1300 block of the same street.
