Jadrian J. Parker, a 22-year-old African-American male, was fatally shot in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, in a dispute that tragically escalated over a firearm. Remembered as a beloved son and a father to his daughter, Jadrionna, his life was cut short on the evening of March 3, 2007.
