In the summer of 2007, the life of a young African-American man, Leshawn R. Robinson, was cut short at the age of 22. On June 30, 2007, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, he passed away. An obituary published in the local newspaper confirmed his death, identifying him as the loving son of Brenda Barnes. Family and friends remembered him as a person who enjoyed being surrounded by his loved ones and knew how to have a good time.
