Man's murder still unsolved years after his body was identified On May 16, 1998, the body of a man was discovered in a rural area of Weld County, Colorado. For years, the identity of the victim remained a mystery. It wasn't until June of 2005 that advancements in fingerprint technology allowed investigators to identify the man as Ruben Ortiz-Gutierrez, a 30-year-old resident of Denver.
