In the spring of 1999, a night out in Denver ended in tragedy for Daniel Trujillo, a 23-year-old white male. On April 25th, Trujillo was at Veronica's Bases Loaded Bar, located near the intersection of Speer and Federal Boulevard. A fight that began inside the establishment escalated and spilled out into the street.
