Frederick Burks

Fredrick Cardel Burks, a 39-year-old man from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, was fatally shot on July 19, 2013. The incident occurred in the 2300 block of N. 1st St., where Burks was shot to death. At the time of the shooting, which began around 5 p.m., two other individuals were also wounded: a 34-year-old man and a 14-year-old boy. Both of the wounded individuals were expected to recover.
