A 4 yr old \u0026 her mother are strangled to death
Hale and her mother, Helene "Nikki" Anderson, 27, were strangled to death in the 400 block of Magnolia Drive in East Bremerton on Jan. 30, 1986. Anderson’s 8-month old son, however, was unharmed and inside a playpen when the bodies were discovered.
