Jacob Louver, a 21-year-old white male, was fatally shot on March 12, 2011, in Denver, Colorado. The incident is being investigated as a homicide, but the case remains unsolved.
On that Saturday, Louver was at his residence at 2850 West Vassar Avenue. A knock at the door prompted him to answer. Upon opening the door, he was shot multiple times. Wounded, he collapsed in the doorway of his home. The Denver coroner's office has officially classified the manner of death as a homicide.
