A man is shot to death at his job
On June 14, 1982, Rodolfo Felix Guillen, a 43-year-old regional administrator with the Virginia Department of Corrections, was shot and killed in his office in Suffolk, Virginia. Guillen had just arrived at work that morning when unknown assailants attacked him. He was shot in the office and then multiple times in the hallway, where he collapsed and died. The shooting occurred as other employees were arriving, but no signs of forced entry were found, adding to the mystery of the case.
