An argument over a girl may have turned deadly On July 12, 1992, 15-year-old Reginald "Reggie" Basnight Jr. was tragically shot and killed in Virginia Beach, Virginia. The incident occurred around 12:30 a.m. in the 1200 block of Glyndon Drive.
