On September 16, 2016, 34-year-old Quan Zheng, a Chinese-American who had recently moved to Chesterfield County, Virginia from New York City, was killed in Richmond, Virginia. Zheng was delivering food in the 1400 block of Lenmore Street when he was attacked by unknown assailants. During the altercation, one of the attackers used Zheng's own vehicle to strike him, leading to his death. This case remains unsolved, with no significant leads or arrests.
