An argument at bachelor party turns deadly
In the early morning hours of April 14, 1996, the life of 30-year-old Tommy J. Ortega, a Hispanic/Latino male, was tragically cut short in Salt Lake City, Utah. A father of two children, Ortega had been attending a bachelor party with a friend at an apartment located at 3569 S. 455 E. when an altercation erupted.
