On the night of November 14, 2003, a young Hispanic man named Jose Morales, aged 21, was fatally shot in West Valley City, Utah. The shooting occurred in the parking lot of the Crossroads Apartments, located at 2240 West 3800 South. Someone shot Jose Morales and left him to die.
