On August 27, 2007, Demorris Grant, aged 35, was found fatally shot at his apartment located at 1620 Enclave Parkway in Houston, Texas. The incident took place around 4:30 p.m., and emergency responders transported Grant to Memorial Hermann Southwest Hospital, where he was pronounced dead from a gunshot wound to the chest.
