Donald Bruce Webb, age 47, was fatally shot on July 3, 2007, in Houston, Texas. The incident occurred in the 15100 block of Lee Road around 9:10 p.m. Webb was employed at a baggage delivery company and had been involved in a prolonged verbal altercation with an unknown man earlier that day.
