Donald Bruce Webb, age 47, was fatally shot on July 3, 2007, in Houston, Texas. The incident occurred in the 15100 block of Lee Road around 9:10 p.m. Webb was employed at a baggage delivery company and had been involved in a prolonged verbal altercation with an unknown man earlier that day. Later, witnesses heard gunshots coming from an alley behind the business, where Webb was found suffering from gunshot wounds to the abdomen.
