On February 21, 2009, 30-year-old Miguel Nunez was fatally shot in Houston, Texas. The incident occurred in the early morning hours outside a nightclub located in the 6000 block of Hillcroft Avenue. According to witnesses, an altercation broke out between Nunez and an unidentified male suspect in the club's parking lot.
