Joshua L. McMackle, age 18, was tragically killed in a shooting that took place early in the morning of April 17, 2010, near Texas Southern University (TSU) in Houston, Texas. McMackle, a freshman at TSU from Virginia, had been attending a large street party near campus when the incident occurred.
