Death by Force

On April 26, 2007, 17-year-old Xavier Daunte' Ferguson was fatally shot in Houston, Texas. The incident occurred during a drive-by shooting in northwest Houston. Ferguson, a student at James Madison High School, was struck by gunfire and succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
