Irma Rosas

Irma Rosas, aged 50, was found dead on February 28, 2013, in what was determined to be a murder-suicide case. The tragic incident occurred at an apartment located on Cook Road in Houston. Reports indicate that the suspect, Jose R. Mancha, approached Rosas at her residence early in the morning. Witnesses heard a brief verbal altercation before Mancha fatally shot Rosas twice in the head and then turned the gun on himself. Both were pronounced dead at the scene.
