On December 13, 2024, 45-year-old Faridah Davis was fatally shot while seated in her vehicle outside a convenience store at 4718 Lockwood Drive in northeast Houston. She had driven to the location with her husband and two other family members. While her husband was inside the store, an employee asked him to leave.
