On February 14, 2014, 27-year-old Giovanni Najera was fatally shot in Houston, Texas. The incident occurred in the early morning hours at an apartment complex located in the 6000 block of Bellaire Boulevard. According to the Houston Police Department, officers responded to reports of gunfire and found Najera lying in the parking lot with multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
