Death by Force

Rafael Segovia, age 34, was shot and killed on December 13, 2014, while visiting his girlfriend in southwest Houston. The incident occurred at an apartment complex located in the 8900 block of Bissonnet Street. Segovia had just parked his car and was walking towards the apartment when he was approached and shot multiple times. Emergency responders pronounced him dead at the scene upon their arrival.
