Frederick Williams, age 53, was tragically killed on January 12, 2016, in Houston, Texas. The incident occurred at a METRO bus stop located in the 2200 block of Gessner. According to witnesses, an argument broke out between Williams and an unknown male. During the altercation, the suspect produced a knife and fatally stabbed Williams before fleeing westbound on Hammerly Road into a nearby townhouse complex.
Williams was transported to Ben Taub General Hospital, where he was pronounced dead due to multiple stab wounds.
The suspect was described as a Hispanic male between 20 to 30 years of age, standing about 5'9" to 6' tall, with shoulder-length wavy black hair and acne scarring on his face. He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweater and blue jeans. A composite sketch of the suspect was released by the Houston Police Department in an effort to gain the public’s assistance in identifying the individual responsible for Williams's death. Despite their efforts, the case remains unsolved, and law enforcement has continued to seek any leads that could help bring the perpetrator to justice.
