Richard Ramos, a 20-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity from San Antonio, Texas, was tragically shot and killed on February 11, 2016. He was at a location on the West Side of San Antonio to meet some people when an unknown assailant opened fire, and the suspects fled the scene in a green truck.
