On February 11, 2016, 20-year-old Richard Ramos was fatally shot in San Antonio, Texas. The incident occurred around 9:25 p.m. in the 600 block of North Picoso Street on the city's West Side. Ramos had arranged to meet with several individuals at that location. During the meeting, an unknown assailant opened fire, striking Ramos.
