On June 20, 2016, 40-year-old Chris Brown was fatally shot in Houston, Texas. The incident occurred in the early morning hours near the intersection of Scott Street and Corder Street in the Sunnyside neighborhood. According to reports, Brown was walking home from a nearby convenience store when an unknown assailant approached and shot him multiple times.
